Breakfast was nice to have warm eggs and sausage...protien to start the day instead of sugar. Since most places charge a pet fee at least they were not extremely expensive. I have show dogs and do a good job being respectful of the property and furniture. Putting a tarp under their crate and never leaving the dogs alone in the room when we go out. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Willing to help and had great suggestions on where to eat. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Extra thanks for being able to accommodate me on the first floor near a door

We booked this location to attend a concert at the JMA Dome. Approx 20 min to get to the event. Hotel check in was efficient and we were able to check in 1.5hr early. Room location was 3rd floor by elevator. Room was clean, no noticeable issues, lots of towels etc in bathroom. Beds comfy. Heater worked well. Due to not getting back to the room until 230am, we used our sound machine for white noise as we wanted to sleep in a bit in the am but did not hear other noises in the hallway, even though the parking lot was packed of cars. We did not utilize the free breakfast as we slept late.

Room clean; comfortable bed & linens. Upholstered chair & pole lamp in corner with end table nice addition.

The people at the desk were very friendly, and the breakfast was good. I liked having tea available any time. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels

Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were excellent, very nice breakfast! Also, while we didn't bring out dog, it was lovely to know that she would have been welcomed with a modest $35 flat fee (another hotel wanted $100 fee plus $35 a day).

The breakfast had a good selection of items. The coffee was good, the juice was delicious, and the waffles were large and tasty. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the surface of the vanity was good-sized, which enabled us to spread out our toiletries. When we were trying to check in, we had troubles with the key. The hostess accompanied us to our room to fix the problem.

Staff where very accommodating in getting me on the first floor for having a dog with me. Staff was very friendly and welcoming

Front desk and cleaning staff were wonderful! The facilities are older and out of the way but, that’s exactly what I needed..

The hotel is spotless clean, the staff is friendly and servicial, the breakfast is good. Overall is an excellent balance for the price.

we like the comfort , closeness to Syracuse, plenty of clean towels, good breakfast and the free parking.
